Bodhi Tibetan Yogayoga postures and posesThe ancestor of other forms of yoga, the Bodhi style of Tibetan Yoga, (or just Tibetan Yoga for short) is unique in its benefits. You may recognize some familiar postures, poses, breathing, etc. But if you look closer, youll discover an integral approach that is missing in many forms of yoga. Some forms of yoga often focus primarily on postures, poses, breathing, or stretching. Bodhi Tibetan Yoga uses a balanced holistic combination of stretching, intense aerobic breathing techniques, and ancient secret energy techniques. Even the popular Bikram style which claims more health benefits than other styles, just incorporates ancient hatha yoga postures, and adds to it, "doing it in a hot room" and working up a sweat. Of course, many cultures, including Native American's with their "sweat lodges", and scandanavian's with their saunas, have long known the health benefits of getting toxins out through the skin, by sweating alone. Tibetan yoga, as an ancestral form, also incorporates the hatha yoga asanas, and much more. And if you do it in a hot room, or a hot day outside, you will also experience the benefits (or heat stroke) of perspiring.
Acupuncture Meridian Balancing Yoga Techniques Totally unique to this yoga, are techniques that balance the acupuncture meridians through a series of simple hand movements around your body. They take only a few minutes to do, but it helps you feel fantastic and healthy every day. Weve actually measured the points with sophisticated scientific equipment, and seen the results (more below). If your meridians get out of balance or you feel "drained" during the day, you can quickly and easily re-balance yourself (you can even do it quickly in a closet during coffee breaks, or in the bathroom!). More About The Acupuncture Meridian Balancing Techniques Are Health & Inner Peace worth 20 minutes/day?Once you learn the Tibetan Yoga basic flow, it only takes 20 minutes a day to keep your body, mind, spirit & emotions in harmony and tuned to peak performance. |
